About Bonnet Springs Park
Bonnet Springs Park is a 168-acre former railyard transformed into one of Florida's most celebrated urban-nature parks, opening in 2022 on the west side of downtown Lakeland. Visitors can wander the AgAmerica Heritage Garden, climb the elevated Crenshaw Canopy Walk, explore the Florida Children's Museum, and follow scenic trails past a butterfly house and family lagoon, all with free general admission. It was voted USA Today's #1 City Park in 2025.
