Do I need to leave Airbnb or VRBO?+

How do guests pay?+
You are the Stripe Connect Standard merchant of record. Guest payments charge your account directly. Stay in Lakeland takes no application fee and no cut of the stay.
How long until my property appears on the site?+
Connect Stripe after you submit — that takes a few minutes. Once Stripe enables charges on your account, your listing publishes automatically. You can also wait for a manual review if you prefer.
Why do I need to connect Stripe?+
Guest payments settle directly to you. Stay in Lakeland never takes a cut of the stay. Connecting Stripe is what lets checkout charge your account and publish your listing.
